Her background includes emergency medical response, ambulance service operations, workplace injury evaluation and triage, policy and protocol development, team leadership, client relations, and the development of site-based medical systems for high-risk work environments.
With experience leading clinical teams and building practical occupational health workflows in fast-moving operational settings, Hannah focuses on creating medical and safety programs that function effectively in real-world field conditions. Her approach is grounded in clear communication, accountability, early risk recognition, organized injury management, and the belief that occupational health should protect both the worker and the operation around them.

Dave brings more than 35 years of EMS, emergency management, occupational health, and operational leadership experience to Elite Medical & Safety. His background includes emergency medical response, disaster medicine, ambulance service operations, personnel development, public relations, and the coordination of medical services in both field and leadership settings.
Throughout his career, Dave has built a reputation for steady leadership, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to patient care. A significant part of his work has centered on training, mentoring, and developing EMTs, paramedics, and emergency response personnel. His approach to education emphasizes practical knowledge, sound clinical judgment, operational readiness, and the confidence to perform effectively in real-world environments.
At Elite Medical & Safety, Dave guides company operations while leading the organization’s training and education department. He oversees the development of clinical training, continuing education, skills-based instruction, and workforce development programs designed to strengthen individual competency and improve team performance. With extensive experience strengthening organizations through accurate reporting, dependable financial systems, and practical workflow improvements, Renee focuses on creating structure, clarity, and accountability behind the scenes. Her approach is rooted in integrity, precision, sound judgment, and the belief that strong operations require both financial discipline and reliable support for the people carrying out the work.
