Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Hannah brings a decade of EMS, occupational medical support, leadership, and field operations experience to Elite Medical & Safety. Her background includes emergency medical response, workplace injury evaluation, clinical team leadership, policy development, and the creation of site-based medical systems for high-risk environments.
At Elite, Hannah leads company strategy, client relationships, occupational medical operations, and program development.
Dave Snell, EMT-P
President & Co-Founder
Dave brings more than 35 years of experience in EMS, emergency management, occupational health, and operational leadership. His background includes disaster medicine, ambulance operations, personnel development, medical-service coordination, and the training and mentorship of emergency response professionals.
At Elite, Dave supports company operations and leads training, education, and workforce development initiatives.
Renee brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting, financial operations, and organizational leadership. Her background includes payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and process improvement.
